Extreme is individual as a personal choice. Some person considers tree climbing to catch a cat to be a very extreme event in his/her everyday life. Another person is sure that waterfall crossing is just childish entertainment.

Extreme kinds of sport are one of display of the personality. For example, you wake up in the very morning and find out that your life is boring and blank. You ask yourself, why? There is an answer – you do not enjoy what you have and it is high time to change something in your life. But not every change is so desirable and not every decision is sudden. Unlike other everyday surprises, usually extreme sport requires physical strength, regular training and mental readiness to be involved into such kind of sport.

Extreme as a life style is an opportunity to learn new feelings. As a matter of fact, there are people who can not live without adrenaline in their blood, but it seems to me that adrenaline has different nature sometimes. Physical dependence of strong emotions and exciting experience makes a person climb the highest mountain in the country to breath fresh air, see the landscapes and experience the difficulties, check the strength. Another kind of dependence is mental – to show the world what a usual person can do, battle for the national world reputation as if a person who shows the most wonderful opportunities of the organism is able to champion state's interests. And an ordinary interest – just to see, experience, check, go, move, enjoy and keep the memories. Just an interest, a hobby when a person has some days off in order to devote them to something new and unusual, something different, something outside the office walls.

The scientists are inclined to believe that interest in the extreme kinds of sport is the result of the personal feeling of dissatisfaction. They say that people are the pre-historic hunters and warriors deeply in their souls, even now, at the time of the automatics and comfort. So, to complete need for strong emotions, a person fight the oceans, jump from the bridges with banjo, strolls in the forests or just stay at home watching the movies and TV shows about other people who like the adventures.
